If you’re like me and Hugo is to sweet for you, try a Sour Bitsch:
- 2 parts champagne (dry) (trockener Sekt)
- 1 part rhubarb juice (Rhabarbersaft)
- 1 (small!) shot of vodka (Wodka)
- Ice, not crushed!
Don’t use too much vodka, it is just for the taste at the end of the root of the mouth.
Very refreshing on a warm summer day!
